Play Therapy

I believe the power of play is healing to both adults and children in therapy and I incorporate play therapy in my work with all of my clients. Play Therapy is what inspired me to become a play therapist and is a huge piece of who I am. Play helps clients explore and express things in a unique and nonverbal way.

I am a REGISTERED PLAY THERAPIST™ through the Association of Play Therapy. I have play therapy room where there are few limits and clients are able to fully express, be themselves, and play through whatever might be coming up for them.

I also work with Sandtray and art interventions in order to support all different types of play.
